Abstract:
To provide a linear compressor and its control device which prevent a piston from colliding with a cylinder due to an external force when a linear motor is inactive.
A piston displacement is controlled by short-circuiting a wiring terminal of an armature, via driving current carrying elements (U, V, X, Y), when the linear motor 3 is inactive.
