Abstract:

To prevent the positional displacement in assembling a slider in a linear drive actuator having the slider integrating two or more independent members in an assembling process.

The slider 2 is composed of a metallic main body 4, a synthetic resin frame body 5, and an end cap 6. The frame body (outer leg member) 5 is detachably fitted to an outer side of the main body 4. The main body 4 is provided with a rolling groove 21a. The frame body 5 is provided with a returning passage 21b and an inner groove 53 of a turning passage. The end cap 6 is provided with an outer groove 63a of the turning passage. A recessed part 43 is formed on an outer side of an inner leg 41 of the main body. A projecting part 54 is formed on an inner side of the outer leg 51 of the frame body 5. The main body 4 and the frame body 5 are positioned by fitting the recessed part 43 and the projecting part 54.
