Abstract:
To provide a highly reliable linear drive compressor in which the relative position of a piston of a movable unit and a cylinder of a compressor part frame does not change with the lapse of time.
Both components positioned at joining parts of a compressor body and a movable unit are made of the same material. After adjusting a minute clearance between the piston and the cylinder, the joining parts between the movable unit and the compressor body are joined by laser welding.
