Abstract:

To provide a linear driving motor static characteristic measuring method and a device that can accurately measure a static characteristic such as the backlash quantity and linear moving direction applied pressure of a linear driving motor.

While the grade of load generated by a load generating means 1 is gradually increased every fixed time, load F actually applied to a linear driving motor 5 is detected by a load cell 10, and the displacement quantity L of an output shaft is detected by a linear gage 7. A displacement quantity change rate ΔL is obtained from the detected displacement quantity L, and whether this change rate exceeds a specified set range is judged to judge the displacement state of the output shaft. Load F1 at the time of the output shaft starting to move is made minimum applied pressure, load F2 at the time of the output shaft being stopped is made maximum applied pressure, and the displacement quantity difference L2-L1 between them is made the backlash quantity B.
