To provide a linear element draw-out device by which the linear element being wound around a carrier can be drawn out without having entanglement, entwinement or kink.

In this device 3 for drawing out a linear element 2 being wound around a carrier 1, a spin element 6 is furnished to a top part of the carrier 1 and freely rotates around the winding center of the linear element 2, a first arm 14 is furnished to the spin element 6 and extends in outerward direction of the diameter, a guide hole 16 is furnished to a tip end of the arm 14 for inserting the linear element through, and a second arm 17 is installed to the spin element 6 at an upper stream side than the first arm 14 in the linear element wound direction, and bent in L shape towards the element 2 side after extending outerwards in the diameter direction. The tip end of the linear element 2 being wound around the carrier 1 is then drawn out by inserting it through the guide hole 16 after passing through an outer side of the second arm 17.
