Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly damage a line material by a guide wheel and hardly dislocate the line material from a guide wheel even when the line material extending from a coil material to a guide wheel is changed in the direction of width by a method wherein a holder is oscillated based on a guide member.
SOLUTION: With a moving member 7 controlled by a tension spring S, the moving member is laterally moved forward and backward to and from a slide rail 6 fixed at the inner side of a guide member 54 by means of a screw. A holder 8 is arranged in an oscillating manner at the moving member 7 through a pin 81. The peripheral direction of the upper end of a guide ring 9 is rotatably supported at the tip of the holder 8 is arranged in parallel to the axis of a guide member 54. A pipe material from a coil material is wound from the lower end side of a guide ring 9 and fed to a pipe cutting device from the upper end side of the guide ring 9.
