Abstract:
To prevent a rail cap from being fitted in a counter bore in a tilted state, and further to suppress the accumulation of dust, etc. into the clearance between the rail cap and the chamfered portion around the peripheral edge of the opening of the counter bore.
The rail cap 30 has interference portions 32 on its outer peripheral portion, and closes a mounting hole 14 by being inserted into the counter bore 16 provided on the upper portion of the mounting hole 14 of a guide rail 1 composing a linear guide bearing device, and further has a flange portion 34 on the outer peripheral edge of its upper surface so as to cover the chamfered portion 20 formed on the inner peripheral edge of the opening of the counter bore 16.
