Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide device which supplies a lubricant to the whole region of a rolling body rolling path in an axial direction, hardly causes breakage due to the lack of the lubricant, and is long in life.SOLUTION: A linear motion device comprises: a lubricant introduction port 21 for introducing a lubricant into a slider 2; a plurality of lubricant discharge ports 23 which supply the lubricant introduced from the lubricant introduction port 21 to a rolling body rolling path 13; and an oil passage 25 which makes the lubricant introduction port 21 and the plurality of the lubricant discharge ports 23 communicate with each other. The lubricant introduction port 21 is opened at an external face of the slider 2, and the plurality of the lubricant discharge ports 23 are arranged along the rolling body rolling path 13 with intervals in an axial direction. The oil passage 25 is formed of a first oil passage 25A which is formed in a slider main body 2A, and a second oil passage 25B which branches and is formed by attaching a plate-shaped oil passage forming member 27 having a groove 28 on its surface to a recess of the slider main body 2A of a substantially-U-shaped cross section with the surface having the groove 28 oriented toward the slider main body 2A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
