CONSTITUTION: In this cutting device in which a continuous resinous lined material for filling 1 is continuously fed into a holding groove 3 of a holding drum 12 by a supplier 11 and the resinous lined material 1 is cut with a cutter 13, the cutter 13 is composed of a pair of rotary blades 35A and 35B, and at least one of which is provided with grooves at several circumferential positions of the peripheral cutting edge.
