Abstract:
PURPOSE: To completely automate the action horizontally winding a linear material into a required number of stages without being aided visually and manually in a device winding a hose or the wire by a certain length, binding the periphery of the linear material bundle at several positions, and extracting it.
CONSTITUTION: A linear material guide pipe 11 receiving a linear material P and delivering it from an outlet 11a toward between inner and outer guide tubes 5, 6 is newly provided, and the flexible linear material P is fed to the required position. The linear material P is depressed by the tare weight of the guide pipe 11. The guide pipe 11 is made vertically and horizontally rotatable by a pivotal support section 13a and an idle rotary base 14, it is horizontally rotated automatically when the linear material P is wound in each stage, and it is vertically rotated automatically when the stage is superposed. The guide pipe 11 is excited by a spring 17 in the direction separating from the wall faces of the guide tubes 5, 6 to assist the inverse winding in superposed stages.
