Abstract:
To improve durability of a hinge part, which couples a linear motion expandable mechanism and a top of a robot arm mechanism in a bendable manner.SOLUTION: A linear motion expandable mechanism comprises a plurality of plate-shaped first tops 53 coupled in a bendable manner by a first hinge part 300, and a plurality of second tops 54 coupled in a bendable manner by a second hinge part 400 on a bottom side and having a U-shaped or square-shaped transverse section. The first hinge part 300 has a columnar shaft 60, a bearing part 533 of a shaft provided at a rear end or front end of each first top so as to project rearward or frontward, and a support part 532 of the shaft provided at the front end or rear end of each first top so as to project frontward or rearward.
