Abstract:
To provide a linear motion guide unit which can improve the slide performance of a slider by making rollers smoothly circulate.SOLUTION: A linear motion guide unit comprises a rail and a slider. The slider includes a casing and a circulation mechanism. The circulation mechanism is constituted by combining a first circulation member and a second circulation member. The first circulation member is constituted by combining an integrated first lower circulation component continuing to a second raceway surface, and including a first lower guide face for guiding rolling faces of rollers, and an integrated first upper circulation component including a first upper guide face for guiding the rolling faces of the rollers at a side opposite to the first lower guide face. The second circulation member is constituted by combining an integrated second lower circulation component continuing to the second raceway surface, and including a second lower guide face for guiding the rolling faces of the rollers, and an integrated second upper circulation component including a second upper guide face for guiding the rolling faces of the rollers at a side opposite to the second lower guide face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
