The linear motion guide 10 is provided with a guide rail 11 having an axially extending outside rolling groove 13 and a slider 12 having an inside rolling groove 15 confronting the outside rolling groove 13 of the guiding rail 11 and supported by the guide rail 11 via rolling of a plurality of rolling elements 16 inserted between the outside rolling groove 13 and the inside rolling groove 15 in a manner relatively movable along an axial direction. A grease having base oil kinematic viscosity at 40C equal to or greater than 1,000 cst is filled in a space between the outside rolling groove 13 of the guide rail 11 and the inside rolling groove 15 of the slider 12 to 10% or more of its space capacity.
