Abstract:
To provide a linear motion table device which allows highly accurate positioning by a simple configuration even when an interval between two linear guides arranged on a base is large and a ball screw is arranged close to the linear guide on one side.
In this linear motion table device in which the ball screw 51 is arranged close to the linear guide 3A on one side, slide resistance F per slider of the linear guide 3B on the other side is set in such a way that a value F/α obtained by dividing it by acceleration and deceleration α of a slide table is in a scope of 1 to 7.
