Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a high efficiency of a linear motor by making uniform magnetic flux density distribution.
CONSTITUTION: A magnet 13 which forms a magnetic circuit between a fixed body 2 as a yoke is composed of plural magnets 13a and 13b opposing to coils 15 connected to pistons 6. The magnets 13a and 13b are made smaller while maintaining the magnetic field intensity, and the magnetic field density distribution is made even. As a result, the efficiency of a linear motor 11 can be improved without making a compressor 1 large in size.
