Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the recovering efficiency of the heat generated in the coil of a linear motor device which is constituted so that the heat generated from the coil can be recovered through the supporting member of the coil.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of fixing a coil 1 to a supporting member 2 with a bonding agent 4, bolts, etc., the space between the coil 1 and member 2 is filled up with a material 3 having high heat conductivity so as to reduce the heat resistance between the coil 1 and member 2. In addition, suitable ruggedness is give to the the coil, 1 or member 2.
