Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a leakage magnetic field of a linear motor.SOLUTION: A stator 20 is configured by being coupled to a plurality of magnetic circuits 30 in a movable direction (X axis direction) of a needle. The magnetic circuits 30 include a yoke 22 and a plurality of field magnets 24 fixed to the yoke 22. A coupling part 32 of the adjacent magnetic circuits 30 is provided with a high permeability member 40 with permeability higher than that of the yoke 22 so as to straddle the coupling part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
