Abstract:
To improve the efficiency of a linear motor system used with a plurality of linear motors brought near each other.
Linear motors #1 to #3 are adjacent to each other. The respective linear motors #1 to #3 are constituted of magnetic field yokes 1 formed with iron core legs 2a, 2b, 2c for each interval L, coils 3a, 3b, 3c wound around respective iron core legs 2a, 2b, 2c respectively, and a needle formed with permanent magnets at prescribed intervals. The iron core legs 2a, 2b, 2c of the respective linear motors #1 to #3 are disposed, shifted by L/2 to the respective iron core legs of the linear motors adjacent to each other.
