Abstract:
To provide a linear movement device including a slider with a high productivity, the rolling element returning passages of which are formed of non-split members.
The slider 2 is composed of a metallic main body 4, and a frame body 5 and end caps 6 which are made of synthetic resin. The frame body 5 is detachably engaged with an outer side of the main body 4. The main body 4 is provided with rolling grooves 21a. The frame body 5 is provided with the returning passages 21b and inner grooves 53 of turnabout paths. The end cap 6 is provided with outer grooves 63a of the turnabout paths.
