PURPOSE: To prevent a rise-up, overlap and jump-out of parts from the point end of a chute, by providing a cover in the final end of the chute in a conveying passage of a vibrative linear parts feeder an a spring which retains a surface of the part to a step before the final end.
CONSTITUTION: A chute 1 is vibrated toward the direction of its point end by oscillation of an electromagnet 2 to successively feed a part 10 placed in a hopper unit 4 to a chute point end. A cover 6 prevents parts in the conveying passage 4 from jumping out. A spring 9 is preferably used with a thin leaf spring to retain a surface of the part 10 in a position from several parts before to one part before from the final end part in the conveying passage 4. The part 10 fed in the passage 4 is once retained by the spring 9 before a take off part 7, and strong conveying force of the chute 1 is not directly transmitted to the part in the chute point end, accordingly, a rise-up, overlap and jump-out of the part can be pevented from the chute end.
