Title:
LINEAR PULSE MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0318267
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the peeling-off or the like of plating even if stress is applied due to the running of a wheel, and improve reliability by forming a stator with the stainless steel of ferrite system or martensite system, having a wheel running surface at a position with an inserted rugged pole tooth train formed at a fixed pitch in the longitudinal direction.

CONSTITUTION: A stainless steel stator 1 is formed homogeneously and integrally with the stainless steel of ferrite system or martensite system. A pole tooth projected-section 2 is formed at a fixed pitch P in the longitudinal direction of the stainless steel stator 1. The reciprocating motion of a mover 4 is performed on the stainless steel stator 1. A wheel 5 is fitted on the motor 4. A wheel running surface 6 is formed on the stainless steel stator 1 for a position including the pole tooth projected-section 2 and a pole tooth recessed-section 3, and the wheel 5 is run. In this manner, stainless steel is used for the stator, and so it is strong in stress due to the wheel running, and plating or the like is not peeled off, and there is no plating process, and so lowering a cost can be realized.
