Abstract:
To make an oscillator for a vibration test compact and inexpensive by using a linear servo motor, although a conventional one is large-sized and expensive.
A moving side of the linear servo motor comprising a coil side and a magnet side is attached to a fixing side block of a vibration table in its fixing side, and is supported by a method such as linear or planar guide, or suspension by a metal band. Vibration is applied by the linear servo motor to provide the compact and inexpensive oscillator for the vibration test.
