Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve current detection accuracy in a configuration in which a linear solenoid drive device detects a current which flows through a linear solenoid.SOLUTION: In the linear solenoid drive device, in which one end of a linear solenoid coil is connected to power through a positive electrode side switching element, whereas another coil end is connected to the ground through a negative electrode side switching element 20, a reflux diode 40 is connected in parallel to one switching element out of the positive electrode side switching element and the negative electrode side switching element 20 and the coil. The linear solenoid drive device includes a current detection circuit which is connected to a current monitor part 21, which is defined to be a part disposed on a part of the one switching element, and detects a current flowing through the coil. The reflux diode 40 is overlaid on the upper side of the part of the one switching element in which the current monitor part 21 is disposed, with a vertically piled structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
