Abstract:
To solve the problem wherein incorporation into a predetermined device takes much time when a control amplifier for driving and controlling a movable table constituting a linear table is installed out of the linear table.
This linear table has a structure where the movable table having an encoder and linear motor and the control amplifier just under the movable table are integrally arranged. Since the linear table has this structure, the incorporation time of the linear table into the predetermined device is shortened, and wiring is saved on.
