To improve wind power generation efficiency by minimizing own weight resistance value of a fan used for wind power generation by utilizing a characteristic of magnet and minimizing friction resistance of a power generator, and to expand a field of use by advantages of not selecting a size, a shape, a direction of wind, and a place, capability of plural installation, and no fan noise.
A shaft 2 of an appropriate material and shape is provided on a fan 1 of an appropriate material and shape. Two magnets 3 of an appropriate material and shape are provided above and below the shaft 2 in a direction of repelling each other in such a manner of interposing the fan 1. The fan 1 is stabilized by providing ball bearings 4 of an appropriate material and size above and below in outside of the magnets and interposing the same by brackets 5 of an appropriate material and size from upper and lower and providing balls 6 of an appropriate material and size, and a power generator 7 of an appropriate material and size is provided on the shaft 2.
