Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining method by which an appropriate film thickness is obtained at a pipeline coupling part when multilayer lining is applied with a specified resin coating material.
SOLUTION: The inner face of an existing water feed pipe is pigged, and then multilayer lining such as double coating or multiple coating is applied with a two-pack epoxy resin coating material through a carrier fluid. The cured and dried state of the coating film lines in the preceding stage is judged by fingering. When the cured and dried state is in the initial or intermediate stage, the succeeding lining is performed. Consequently, since the surface 31 of the coating film formed in the preceding stage is not smoothed yet, the flow frictional resistance is relatively large, the sliding of the coating material is suppressed in the succeeding stage, and a sufficiently thick coating film is formed even at a coupling part 3.
