Abstract:
To provide a lining method of an electric furnace bottom capable of securing a necessary predetermined molten metal surface level (a predetermined furnace capacity) even when a steel shell of the furnace bottom is deformed.SOLUTION: Height adjustment members 7, 8 are arranged between a tuyere receiving block 32 and a steel shell 6 of a furnace bottom. After adjusting the height of the tuyere receiving block 32 with the height adjustment members, castable 5 is poured between the steel shell 6 of the furnace bottom and the tuyere receiving block 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
