PURPOSE: To form a thick lining layer by sticking a net-like body to the inside surface of an existing pipe, spraying a lining material having plasticity by a spinner method to the inside surface of the existing pipe to embed the net-like body into the lining layer.
CONSTITUTION: After the net-like body 5 is fixed to a fixture 2 for the inside surface of the existing pipe 1a, the lining material 6a having plasticity (e.g., cement mortar) is sprayed to the inside surface of the pipe 1a by the spinner method to form the lining layer 7 embedded with the body 5 in the layer 7. As a result, the thick lining layer which can prevent the deformation of the existing pipe is formed and is made helpful for preventing the corrosion of the lining layer and reinforcing the pipe.
