To obtain excellent acid resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesive properties to concrete by providing a composite sheet having a synthetic resin layer on one side surface of cloth and protrusions made of synthetic resin and protruding from air gap of the cloth on the other side surface, and setting the overall sheet including the protrusions to a specific thickness.
A synthetic resin sheet 3, woven fabric 2 and wire gauze are sequentially superposed. This is sandwiched between metal plates, heated and pressurized so that the sheet 3 is adhered to the cloth 2. Then, the gauze and the metals are removed, and manufactured. Protrusions of synthetic resin are projected from air gaps of the cloth 2. Here, a thickness (t) of a lining sheet is set to 1 to 10 mm. And, a size, shape and density of the resin protrusions are regulated by suitably selecting temperature, pressure, pressurizing time at the time of manufacturing or size of each of the gaps formed according to the gauze and the plates. Thus, excellent acid resistance and corrosion resistance can be realized.
