PURPOSE: To execute easily a flaw dtection and an inspection of a lining tank, etc. by placing a running body which runs along a casing, in the casing formed along a weld line, and providing a means for detecting a flaw of the weld line, on the running body.
CONSTITUTION: A running body 11 runs in a casing 8 is used for detecting a flaw of a weld line 3, and consists of a truck 12 guided by a rail (not shown in the figure) provided in the casing 8, and sensor 14 for detecting a flaw of a weld line, which is supported by the truck 12 through an elastic mechanism 13. As for the sensor 14, an X-ray film is used, a motor (not shown in the figure) for running is installed to the running body 11, and the running body 11 is made to run by driving this motor by a remote control.
