Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To linearly and smoothly feed out a link chain 22 from a drum 21 surrounded by the link chain 22 by reversely rotating the drum 21.
SOLUTION: A link chain winding and feeding device is used for winding the link chain 22 on the winding drum 21 and for feeding the link chain 22 from the winding drum 21. The link chain 22 is wound up by rotating the winding drum 21 via a belt 23 fixed to the winding drum 21 at one end. A winding roller 27 for the belt 23 is arranged in the winding drum 21. When the roller 27 is rotated, the belt 23 is wound up and the winding drum 21 is rotated reversely, and consequently, the link chain 22 is fed out. In this process, the link chain 22 is pressed to the drum 21 by winding of the belt 23 so as to be wound up without any slack. Therefore, the link chain 22 is smoothly fed out according to the reverse rotation of the winding drum 21.
