Between one end of each of these spacers and each of the plates 17, each sleeve fixed to the endless wire 21 is interposed, pairs of sprockets around which chains with claws 28A and 28B abutting both ends of each of the plates 17 are wrapped are supported at both ends of a moving zone of each of the plates 17 in the driving unit case 4, and to the driving sprockets in these sprockets, driving units for synchronously driving them are connected.
