Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a simple link with less number of parts by fixing both edges, molding four nodes and three levers in one piece halfway and forming a link in nearly U shape, giving a nonlinear displacement to one fixed edge side lever, and taking out a linear change from the other fixed edge side lever.
CONSTITUTION: A nylon film 20 is extended and contracted nonlinearly according to moisture. When the film 20 is extended, the extension is propagated to a lever b2 via a fitment 23, thus achieving rotation in clockwise direction with a node A as a center. A rotary angle α changes as the film 20 is extended or contracted. The clockwise rotation of a lever 12 rotates a lever 11 clockwise with a node B as a center via a lever 13 and a node C. A recording pen 40 is mounted to the lever 11 and the pen 40 is displaced in proportion to a rotary angle β of the node D to record moisture value. In this case, the rotation of the pen 40 is linear since the expansion and contraction of the film 20 are compensated by link operation.
