To prevent early adhesive peel or breaking and simplify a manufacturing process in a link for a railroad vehicle equipped with an elastic coupling having rubber integrally vulcanized and adhered to an inner member and an outer member.

The link for the railroad vehicle is equipped with a link body, and the elastic coupling 3 provided on one end or both ends of the link body. The elastic coupling 3 has a rigid inner member 4, a rigid outer member 6, and the rubber 5 provided between the inner member 4 and the outer member 6. The elastic member 3 is manufactured by integrally adhering the inner member 4 and the outer member 6 by vulcanizing the rubber 5 by applying vulcanization and cooling in such a state that compression stress is generated in the rubber 5.
