CONSTITUTION: A schedule management system is equipped with a CPU 11, and the CPU 11 is connected through a bus line 12 such as a data bus with an ROM 13, RAM 14, communication controller 15, storage device 16, display device 17, and keyboard 18. Then, at the time of communicating the content of the schedule on a schedule display screen, the transition of a communication schedule input screen is obtained by aligning a cursor on the displayed schedule to be communicated, and clicking a communication input icon, and the content to be communicated is inputted to the screen. Therefore, a group schedule can be adjusted for plural involved persons without being overlapped on the schedule of each person, so that the repeating operation such as a communication, adjustment, and communication can be unnecessitated, and the management of the schedule, and the transmission and reception of the schedule can be attained.
