A push-up method link type frame is constituted of a plurality of moving frames 11 for connecting the upper ends to a great spatial construction 1 built up at low height close to the ground surface in a turnable manner and for moving the lower ends along rails 7 radially laid on the ground surface and a plurality of oscillation frames 15 provided between their middle sections and the ground. The lower ends of a plurality of moving frames 11 are moved from the directions separated from each other along the radial rails 7 to the directions approached to each other along the radial rails 7 by the action of push-up force with driving sources 3 for pushing up the great spatial construction 1 and, at the same time, the oscillation frames 15 are oscillated in accordance therewith to make the height of a plurality of moving frames 11 as the same height.
