To provide a linkage lift capable of securely and easily adjusting a height in low lifting and coarse steps using a simple X-shaped linkage mechanism, the linkage lift using wood for structural materials as much as possible with consideration to resource- and power-saving and requiring no drive force.
Either one of fulcrums on tip sides of linkages is fixed, and the other is used for adjustment. At an adjustment fulcrum (10), step-like adjustment grooves (12) to hold an adjustment fulcrum shaft (33) are arranged in a saw-tooth shape in an open/close direction of the linkage. A back plate (17) is provided above tops of the saw-toothed adjustment grooves with a clearance, the clearance allowing the adjustment fulcrum shaft (33) to pass through. When a height is changed, a couple of force around an intersectional fulcrum (30) generated by pulling up a top plate (2) is changed between a forward and reverse directions for a rise or a fall.
