Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel linker compound, a novel ligand, and a ligand carrier capable of arranging sugar molecules in two dimensions on a carrier surface for a protein analysis with high reproducibility and a method of preparing the same.
SOLUTION: The linker compound has a structure expressed by formula 1. In formula 1, n is an integer of at least 1 or not more than 6, X denotes a position of a multi-branched structure, wherein an aromatic amino group in an end group is included, also a hydrocarbon derivative chain which is capable of having a carbon-nitrogen combination in a main chain is included, and three chains or four chains is included. And a ligand is constituted by an introduction of the sugar molecule into the above linker compound.
