PURPOSE: To provide a liposoluble reaction-containing solution agent containing a nonionic surfactant and lysolecithin and useful for medicines, foods, cosmetics, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A liposoluble substance-containing solution agent contains a nonionic surfactant (e.g. decaglyceryl pentaoleate) and lysolecithin as essential ingredients in an amount of 0.05-10 times that of the liposoluble substance and in the same amount or less as that of the nonionic surfactant, respectively. The simultaneous use of the liposoluble substance with the nonionic surfactant and the lysolecithin shows a synergistic effect and improves the emulsifying and solubilizing power. The solution agent stably exhibits excellent transparency in a small amount of the surfactant without producing cloudiness, etc., with time, and the liposoluble substance can be emulsified or solubilized into small diameter particles.
