To provide a liquefied metallosiloxane compound which has addition curing nature out of which an outgas does not come, and is excellent in heat-resistant and non-yellowing nature when being made to be contained in a curable resin composition to be cured.
The metallosiloxane compound is obtained by passing through: a first step in which a silane compound of two functions (S1), a metal compound (M) which is a zirconium compound or a titanium compound, and optionally H2O are made to react; and a second step in which a reaction product of the first step, a silane compound (S2) of a single function, and optionally H2O are made to react. The metallosiloxane compound is characterized by being manufactured by making the silane compound (S1); the metal compound (M); the silane compound (S2); H2O of the first step; and H2O of the second step are made to react by a specific molar ratio, wherein the metallosiloxane compound has at least one of a Si-H bond or a C2-10 alkenyl group in one molecule.
