Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas evaporator provided with a temperature control of an evaporation part capable of effectively and stably evaporating a liquefied gas of a liquid phase.SOLUTION: A liquefied gas evaporator is provided with: a heat transfer block 2 where a heat exchange flow passage 3 for a liquefied gas is bored; an electric heater 4 inserted into the heat transfer block; a temperature sensor 5 inserted into the heat transfer block; and a temperature control device 50 which controls electrification of the electric heater 4 on the basis of a detected temperature of the temperature sensor 5. The liquefied gas evaporator is formed so that pressure-adjusted liquefied gas of a liquid phase is introduced to an evaporation surface 6 of the heat transfer block 2 having the heat transfer flow passage 3 one end of which is open, and the vaporized liquefied gas is discharged from an opening of the other end of the heat exchange flow passage 3, and the temperature sensor 5 is arranged between the electric heater 4 and the evaporation surface 6.
