PURPOSE: To provide a vaporizer in which problems of building of more heat exchanging panel, complicated piping are eliminated, a structure is simple, a heat exchanging efficiency is high, a temperature rise and vaporization are realized in an LNG vaporizer for regulating heat quantity of city gas, etc.
CONSTITUTION: Liquefied petroleum gas for regulating a heat quantity is mixed with natural gas vaporized by an open rack type vaporizer 10 of a front stage by an open rack type heat exchanger 20 of a rear stage to raise its temperature. Thus, it is not necessary to generate natural gas at 0°C or higher at the front stage, and since a load of the front stage can be alleviated, number of heat exchanging panels can be, for example, reduced, and a double tube type open rack vaporizer in which a problem of adfreezing can be solved can be used. Further, sparging pipe is disposed in an inlet header tank 22 at the rear stage to homogeneously mix a predetermined quantity of the petroleum gas with the natural gas, thereby realizing an efficient temperature rising and vaporizing. Thus, natural gas regulated at its predetermined heat quantity can be stably supplied.
