Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten a recovery time by shortening, after a compressor is temporarily stopped, a time up to restart and applying to recovery of fluorocarbon.
CONSTITUTION: The liquefying apparatus comprises a compressor 2, a condenser 3, and a check valve 5 provided at an intermediate position of a high pressure side passage 6 for connecting the compressor 2 to the condenser 3 to prevent backflow from the condenser 3 side to the compressor 2 side while the operation of the compressor 2 is stopped. The valve 5 is provided at a position near a discharge side of the compressor 2. When fluorocarbon is recovered and liquefied, the compressor 2 is alternately repeatedly turned ON, OFF for each predetermined time to be intermittently operated.
