Abstract:

To provide a liquid agent for cleaning and storing a contact lens, the liquid having high enzymatic activity, cleaning power and handleability.

The liquid agent for a contact lens comprises a first liquid containing a protease and a second liquid containing an anionic surfactant, a metal chelating agent and boric acid and/or borax. The first liquid and the second liquid are mixed and then separately used for cleaning and/or storing a contact lens.
