Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater, a spray device or the like at a lower cost by atomizing water, petroleum, chemicals or the like with a simple structure.
SOLUTION: This liquid atomizing device is composed of a cylindrical body surrounding the periphery, a centrifugal disk rotating at a high speed by a motor in the cylindrical body and a liquid flow-down part to the centrifugal disk, air freely flows vertically in the cylindrical body, a collision zig-zag flow passage having the tip opened upward and working by the centrifugal force is formed in the centrifugal disk by fixing an upward disk provided with several stripes of ring like collision walls to a downward disk provided with a void part at the center part and a reverse recessed stripe crossing the collision walls to be separated at a prescribed interval at the periphery so as to have a very fine gap between the lower top part of the reverse recessed stripe and the inside bottom surface of the upward disk, the liquid freely flows down on the upward disk by allowing a flow-down pipe extending from a liquid tank to face the void part of the downward disk in the liquid flow-down part and air is freely blown upward by providing a blade on the centrifugal disk.
