Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of stably storing hydrogen peroxide without deteriorating the smell during storage by mixing hydrogen peroxide, a nonionic surfactant having a specific range of HLB and a perfume component selected from an aldehyde group- or ester group-containing perfume and a terpene-series alcohol or an aromatic alcohol at a specific ratio. SOLUTION: A composition comprises 0.1-10 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, 1.0-50 wt.% nonionic surfactant having an HLB, obtained by the Davis method, of 4.5-10 and 0.01-1 wt.% perfume component selected from (A) an aldehyde group- or ester group-containing perfume and (B) a 10-15C terpene-series alcohol or a 7-15C aromatic alcohol at a ratio of (A) to (B) of 1/99 to 90/1. The aldehyde group-containing perfume is 4-t-butyl-α-methyl-hydrocinnamic aldehyde, etc., and the ester group-containing perfume is hexahydro-4,7-methanoinden-5 (or 6)-yl acetate, etc.
