The extinguishing cover has a recess covering the light projecting part of a liquid cassette and forming a small space part. The small space part causes oxygen deficiency thereby quickening fire extinction while enhancing safety. In addition, a positioning step is provided which is positioned by the inner side face of a candle-shaped case, to provide a structure based on the inner side face of the candle shaped case. Further, the handle part of the cover is elliptic like a flame so that the cover's shape is not disagreeable even while the cover is not used.
