Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid circulating device for a boring machine capable of reducing a burden of a worker accompanied by supplying of a cooling liquid by preventing generation of a trouble in boring work and performing also collection of a suspension, even in the case only a small amount of the cooling liquid can be prepared.
SOLUTION: This device, comprising a bit 2a, bit drive means 2b rotating the bit, and a liquid supply hole 12 supplying a cooling liquid to the bit, is used for a boring machine 2 cut boring a bored workpiece by rotating the bit while supplying the cooling liquid to it, so as to provide the liquid circulating device 1 for the boring machine characterized by providing a suspension collection means 3 collecting a suspension mixed with a chip S to the cooling liquid by a cut bored hole, suspension filter means filtering the chip contained in the suspension so as to make it again serve as the cooling liquid, and a cooling liquid supply means supplying the cooling liquid obtained by the suspension filter means to the bit.
