To obtain a liquid cleanser composition which mildly acts on the skin when used to clean the surface of glass of a metal (e.g. stainless steel) and is satisfactory both in the easiness of rinse and finish by using an amide- type anionic surfactant in a liquid cleanser composition.
This composition comprises 1-50wt.% amine-type nonionic surfactant represented by the formula (R2 is a 5-21C linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl; n and m are each the average degree of polymerization in the range of 0-20 and satisfy the relationship: 1≤n+m≤20; A is (EO)k(PO)jCHCOOM, (EO)k(PO)jH, hydrogen or a 1-3C alkyl group; k and j are each the average degree of polymerization in the range of 0-20 and satisfy the relationship: 1≤k+j≤20; M is an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, ammonium or an alkanolammonium; EO is an ethylene oxide group, and PO is a propylene oxide group) and 3-70wt.% water-insoluble polishing agent.
