PURPOSE: To reduce the risk that lids are not detached from each other due to adhesion even after repeated use by forming the lower lid with a polyolefin- based synthetic resin having insufficient adhesion.

CONSTITUTION: A soln. 1 forming an adhesive film on drying is enclosed in a vessel 3 having an opening 2 at the upper part. The lower lid 5 made of a polyolefin-based synthetic resin and having a through hole 5' is set, and the tip of a porous coating part 4 impregnated with the soln. 1 and capable of coating is protruded from the upper end and exposed. The lower lid 5 is fixed to the upper part 6 of the opening 2 of the vessel 3 by a clamper 8 fixed to the upper part 7 of the vessel and the lower lid 5. The upper lid 10 is engaged with the upper part 9 of the lower lid to prevent the volatilization of the solvent of the soln. as a result, the upper lid is not adhered to the lower lid even in long-time use, and the lower lid can be surely fixed to the vessel.
